I am so sorry that you are struggling right now. You sound just like i used to be i would think there has to be a cure out there that will give me my life back i would always be going to see drs. in hopes that they can fix me but recently i relized that there is no cure, no one can help me but me, I have finally accepted that i have anxiety and thats ok now i need to learn how to live with it in my life. I have to use my coping skills, think positivly, ride the panic attacks like i am surfing a wave in the ocean, and keep myself busy so my mind doesn't have time to worry about how i am feeling. I hope that your boyfriend doesn't leave you and i hope that he and your family become more understanding about what you are going through because it is so hard to live with anxiety but we need to put on a brave face and carry on. Please don't give up hope. I hope you can find your way to feel better in your own body.

Sorry Kelly. Sounds like things are hard. Do you see a doc or counselor about your anxiety? Don't go through this alone. Reach out. Anxiety can be so consuming and exhausting. But it can be a phase that will pass and you will develop the coping skills over time. Stay strong.

Im ready to start...
