I just went through 4 days of PAs. It started last Thursday night, and I had several "small" PAs up through Monday afternoon. I was on high anxiety all weekend. This had never happened to me before. My PAs used to be pretty short (15 minutes or so) and only happen once every few months.
I've had a lot of stress and too little sleep recently, and I'm pretty sure that's what cause all of the anxiety. I start seeing a therapist tomorrow.
It was scary today - I overdid it running up and down the stairs to do laundry, and I got winded. That feeling was very similar to how I felt all weekend with the panic, and I got really worried that I was going to have another attack. So far so good, though.
