Thankfully I have a husband that I have educated about panic attacks. I have told him what I need when I have an attack...sometimes it is to be left alone and sometimes it is that I need him to reassure me that everything is going to be okay. If it gets really bad, I can wake him up. Otherwise, I will find other activities to keep my focus when the attacks occur. Good luck to you.
