Ugh I hate doctors.. I feel fine otherwise, I dropped out of school because I can't STAND to be around so many people so that's not stressing me out, I don't work, I pretty much sleep 18 hours a day.. so I'm not really awake long enough to get stressed.
& I don't leave my unit unless I feel like I absolutely have to get out for a few hours.
I can calm down in enough time before they get reeeeally bad.
I really wish I could control what happens going into them and during them.. hell I wish I didnt have them at all.
...Two of my friend's have them too, one of them have the same kind of attacks I do and the other basically shuts down when she has an attack.
The friend that has the same attacks as me said that they can be inherited.. is that true??
realize your nervous are in a stage of over stimulation. they are damaged in a way that it needs care. rest, relaxation.A health diet, exercise to get it to mend itself. Most importantly alot of it is in the mind.
As long as you had seen a doctor and know its just panic, you are on the way to understanding.

the individual must experience recurrent, unexpected or uncued panic attacks (i.e., panic attacks occurring out of the blue, without any obvious triggers).
Panic disorder is a state where a panic attack comes on all of a sudden, out of the blue for no reason at all, and its all about your BODY or your MIND. You suddenly feel like you must be having a heart attack (or a stroke, or passing out, or choking, or vomiting, or going crazy, or losing all control) because your heart is racing, youre short of breath, you may have nausea or tightness in your throat, and youre shaking. A panic attack comes on within ten minutes, but can last anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. The main feature of a panic attack is that you are worrying about your BODY or your MIND right then and there, rather than worrying about something in your life. Most people with panic attacks have gone to an emergency room at least once to make sure nothing physical was going on.
dont analyse causes of panic attacks, just accept that they happen
