This is my first time here as well and I just posted today. I, too, am dealing with frequent panic attacks. It is honestly the hardest thing to go through. I am on new medication and unfortunately it has not kicked in yet. I will be joining an IOP program soon which is an intensive outpatient program, I found one in my local hospital. I have given everything a try and as much as we don't want to hear it, the solution and answer to all of our question lies in our hands. It is so easy to think negatively (trust me i know!) My thoughts drive me insane and physically my body aches from how tensed I am all of the time. But I want you to know that you are not alone in this! We are both going to make it, one day at a time!
