I have the tingles, dizziness, racing heart and the stomach churns and growls at night some times too. I usually try and take a shower to TRY and relax a little, usually not too successful, but then a hot cup of tea, make sure its hot as u can take it, and ginger ale after that with a candy mint or 2...stomach churns gone!
Sounds like a hell of a combination...but it always works for my stomach! Give it a try...i bet u will feel better!
