For the past month, I have had a complete rebound of my panic disorder. Lately, I have been dealing with nonstop nausea and for the past four days or so, I keep feeling like I am hungry regardless of how much I eat. This is exactly the same way my panic disorder was in the past. I don't plan on doing anything stupid (my fear of death is much stronger then my fear of panic) but I don't know if I can go through this again. I am actually starting to think about suicide, which is alerting me that I really need help.
I have almost gone off of klonopin, and I think these symptoms are from me weaning off of the klonopin. My doctor claims that I am on far too low a dosage to be having withdrawal, and that it is simply a case of me not having anything to suppress my panic. I am currently without insurance and in desperate need of help.

Hope you're doing okay. I was never on any medication in the past and I did overcome panic disorder this past summer, and then it came back. It happens, and it's much worse but I know I'll overcome it again. It may be from wearing off klonopin or in the back of your head you're expecting it to come back and being so high alert for the first symptom, they're appearing. I wish I had a better answer for you. You may want to check out Adventure Guide's 12 Week Program over in the anxiety support group, and to have more posts views and get more answers, post in the anxiety support group in the future. Hugs.

I started having panic attacks off and on about 4 years ago. I have been through a number of different meds and for me they would increase my anxiety (everyone reacts differently). I was also on Klonopin for awhile and eventually took myself off. It is always scary taking yourself off of something like that. Do it as slowly as possible. I wasn't working at the time which made it easier. Most of my anxiety/panic (same thing just one is more intense) is related to my binge drinking. I have been sober for a good while now but dealing with my anxiety/panic on a daily basis. Just a day ago I was at the vet for my dog. Very strong overly excited sensation throughout my upper chest, my face was very red, all I wanted to do was get the hell out of there. When I did I started to call down but I always have this buzzing or tingling sensation throughout my whole body. Usually if I take a nap the sensations will go away. but of course it all comes back once I start getting up and moving around. Doctors tell me I'm fine and probably need to take something. But I've been through that before and know it does not help me. I took myself to the emergency room at one point because my heart was beating so fast. They hooked me up to a heart monitor and eventually told me everything was good. Gave me a prescription and let me go. I had to beg my doctor for something I could take as needed. But I just get through it somehow, every time I get to that point where I think I need to take myself to the emergency room, I just wait....and wait and finally I am ok. Usually after I have left the place where the attack started. I don't really know what to say, just that I know what you are going through and it is very depressing but if you just hold on you can get through it.

This weekend is for my yard work and for me. My weeds are probably waist high at this point. My friend Lisa and I are working out again at Planet Fitness this afternoon. Lord knows I need to work out. I did get extra steps in at work this past week. It's a beautiful day today. I almost crossed paths with my so-called best friend at work this week. I was telling my brother stuff...
