I know that what I feel when I dont get enough sleep is REAL! I'm a level headed person who has been doing great coping with my anxiety lately. I have suffered from it for over 18 years and been to therapists and doctors my whole life! I've read books, done programs, I know what I'm talking about.

I will consult my doc with this but I dont appriciate being told its just my imagination when I know its not! Feeling like that, that intensly, its very real thank you!
