I had episodes like this. It causes my anxiety to be high all the time in anticipation of something happening or having another panic attack. After seven months of serious work in therapy, learning meditation, mindfulness, EFT, and doing an intensive outpatient program, I have more good moments than challenging ones.
I still have times when I'm less tolerant of my situation, like now, and go on for a few days with feeling panic, fear, and overwhelm. I usually spend lots of time crying. I'm sorting it all out.
