Panic attacks are so frightening and they leave you drained.
Try writing down your panic attacks, how long they last, what caused them like what we're you doing or thinking about or if it was a person you were around and then what helped calm you down.
I've been doing this. And I journal. But when you get one you just have to tough through it. My therapist told me to try a grounding coping skill where you touch something and it brings you out of it. I also talk to myself while I'm grabbing on to the couch or bed and say ok you feet are on the ground your husband is next to you rubbing your back. I tried this once on Wednesday when I was having a bad panic attack and it helped me. My panic attack stopped.
And no problem anytime you need prayer let me know :-)
