I have been having allot of trouble driving until recently, I live in a very remote area and need to drive allot to get anywhere, the nearest convenience store is 20 min away. It was really awful as I'm sure most if not all of you have experienced,
I have allot of time on my hands because I'm not working right now, and I enjoy going to the movies with friends and family so it was becoming a real problem in my social life, as well as not being able to go see my doctor. I tried to push myself through it and it only seemed to get worse, and so about a week ago it went away for no aperant reason. The last time it was a problem I was coming back for the movies and it was a long drive like 40 min but I went to see a doctor is a near by city and it was a breeze. Why things change is a complete mystery to me.
So in short don't give up there is hope, it was a miserable spell and I'm glad I got through it. I find it laughable that I don't know what changed, it could be that I finally convinced myself that it was going to be ok and I wasn't going to crash or break down anywhere.

Good for you! Sometimes, we face the fear, and it goes away like you mention.

Thats great, you give me hope :). I am new to the small town thing, and am feeling very unsure about it. All the big stores are like 30 min away and I don't have any friends here either. Maybe I will be able to deal with it too soon.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
