we were a very unhealthy codependent relationship which is something we were trying to work on a while back before leaving it by the wayside (a mistake as I know now)
Ps it was poorly written and beyond that I had trouble following it as I lived through it so it’s not your fault
You need to stop "enabling" in order to be healthy yourself. I have been in plenty a codependent relationship. they are never healthy.
Never let someone dictate your happiness. It is too valuable to lose <3
