I recently read that a person's electrolyte balance can go out of whack in the humidity, and that it is helpful to drink beverages that contain electrolytes all day long in the humidity. I found a sugar-free form of this, and add it to my water, and I think this is helping me. Even if it's a placebo effect (lol), I'm glad about it.
