On May 28th I lost my beautiful baby boy who was born sleeping due to a blood clot in the placenta. I have posted on several boards about this issue that I am having. I can't seem to stop focusing on my breathing. Its all I do and I always feel uneasy. Like im on edge fearing that something bad is about to happen. I have never had panic or anxiety issues until all this happend. Please help me if you have been in this same situation.
