WHAT I MEAN IS - to let the feeling happen!!! that feeling of fear, feeling of doom, that feeling of something right now is about to happen! is ur amygdila talking - the part of your brain that is programed to tell u smth wrong is happening, like a tiger is about to attack, when nothing no where is goign to hurt you - that is the most scariest part.
WHAT WE TEND TO DO is ALLT HE WRONG THINGS THAT SEND US INTO PANIC!
Ignoring it
trying to distract yourself
tensing ur muscles
running away from the problem - (saftey behaviors)
fighting the problem ( judging, ect.)
All of which are natural tendancies but THE WORST thing to do for ur panic attacks BECAUSE there is nothing there that is ging to hurt you
You have to accept the feeling, and let the panic waves happen. When ur feeling it, sit back, and let the insense feelings pass by - just accept them. The hardest part is to TRUST THIS! becasue if feels so much like smths gonna happen, but try it once and i ensure u will prove to yourself and ur brain, there is no danger. This is how u will get past it.
