Yes, this is completely normal...sometimes it takes a while to get back into a good body feeling per say.
Please do not think of me as a babbler, I know what I'm talking about. Blood sugar can be a reason, too. Get checked for anything just to set your mind at ease but only do this once, not many times. Accept all of it as anxiety. Accept your anxiety as a friend trying to annoy you. Listen to your anxiety but don't assume it's a monster, accept everything as helpful, and see your anxiety as a little kid just trying to get your attention. In your mind, sit it down and comfort it, letting it know that it's ok. Do not ignore it, because if you try to think of a rose and try to not think of it, you will continue to think of the rose, just like annoying song lyrics. Make it so the anxiety is just an upset child needing comfort so it calms down and feels better again. I hope this helped you, and also, tweak this and do it how you want to, everyone is different.

Thanks all for your help and support!
