Hi. My name is David. I had my first panic attack over twenty years ago. And, "Yes," I had a great fear of choking. It got so bad that it was hard to even swallow the tiniest of pills. So, please go to the doctor, even a general practioner and tell them what is going on with you. If you need to bring a friend or family member along, feel free to do so. That first step is difficult, but there are a great many of us, millions, according to statistics, who know exactly what you're going through. You will be relieved once you've taken that first step.
