I went to a digestion specialist the other day it cost me alot, and I mentioned this happening to me and he said he had not heard of this before, '' posible but he did not know anything about it.
I have mentioned to several doctors as I have had this problem for awhile, and not one of them knew what I was talking about nor could they help me.
As I said I have had this for a while and it is only getting worse.
Out of all the comments I have read nobody has something that I feel would be helpful.
PLEASE more suggestions to make it stop.

I found you need to 'keep things moving'. If I don't go for a BM one day I'll have a tin of prunes or something in the evening - next day no problem.

my pain lasts up to the time my bm is complete..which could be up to 6 hours. this is the worst kind of pain i have experienced and i think it will be the worst pain i will ever have. its feel like a knife in my stomach i start to breathe hard and get dizzy. a few times have passed out. this happens once every month. its fucking hell. the kind of pain you try to bargain with God while its occurring. it sucks..
I am starting to suspect it is related to adrenal fatigue. I'm a mom of 3 very young kids so I'm constantly working 24/7. I'm particularly prone to episodes when I have sugar, caffeine, wheat, or other processed foods.
I don’t get anxiety and then the issues. I feel the issues and they give me anxiety.
Anyway! Feeling mildly better knowing there a quite a few others out there feeling this way. Hope we find some answers!
