I just started using this website so I don't really know but if you would like to talk about your panic attacks I am here to listen. I have dealt with panic attacks for years and though our panic attacks might not be the same I can try my best to relate.
The same with mirzapan. All of us may have different ways to deal with panic attacks. I've been having it since 2008. But once you've found ways to cope with it, it would be less frustrating. Just to let you know, you are not alone in this yea.
Can anybody help me ? Maybe give me some advice
And everytime this happens to me my family says that i'm exaggerating which hurts and makes it worst because then i try to control it or stop it, which most of the time end up with me failing and making it worst -because of the presure-
I just can't belive that they think i act it, no one will never wants to have something like that, it's horrible
