I have 3 dogs that depend on me so I'm trying to hang in there.
Anxiety/panic attacks are tough. I'm still a baby in my journey to overcoming them and have had moderate success with breathing exercises. I do have a RX for benzos as needed, but my goal is to find other ways around the anxiety without them.

I've been using meditation and hypnosis. It gives some relief.
For today...I give up. I'm hoping tomorrow will be better.
Sometimes the only way for me to cope is lay down and breathe
No one understands it and I'm past caring if they do or not. As long as I can lay down until it passes.
I'm just so tired of dealing With it.
Growing up, my family of origin was clueless.
They just added insult to injury, and not one doctor ever told them I was suffering from these attacks .
