Good Afternoon Friends!
I can feel myself coming out of the anxiety/panic attack world. Im having better days. Is it a struggle? of course. I look upon the progress instead of the actual events. However, I am still feeling the residue of waking suddenly early mornings, which jolts the racing thoughts. I am working on conquering this issue. I can eat. There were times in my previous episode years ago when I could not eat and lost considerable amount of weight. I refuse to go back there, so I eat something if it is just a little, this issue I have conquered. I am journaling and doing an emotional check daily. I recongnize negative feelings and behaviors, I immediately pray and ask God to remove them. I in return shut that door so that anxiety can not enter through it again. As mentioned, I face the next giant of sleeping througout the night and to wake up without racing thoughts. I am not on medication, I believe very heavily in prayer and psychotherapy. I also see a therapist once a week until I am redirected to a more calm peaceful place.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
