sure there are breathing techniques and other stuff to do but sometimes they just don't work, so if they are getting worst not better you may want to talk to doctor or counselor and maybe get a adjustment in meds, or some more counseling sessions just to get a balance on things
does you doctor give you anything that you can take at time of attack that will calm you down in like 20 minutes if not ask him, you don't need to live like that, there are meds and counseling to help you, don't feel bad about asking for help, it will hurt you in the long run, but once you hold out your hand for help it will come
