I'm rarely dreaming anything to cause the attacks/terrors, usually I'll just wake up screaming or panicing with no recollection of the reason

I don't have panic attacks during the day. I started having them in 2007 when I was diagnosed with a blood clot in my leg. That's no longer an issue but the stress of dealing with that caused me to start having panic attacks during the day. But it's been in the last 2 years that it's happened solely at night.
