I think my plan will be to stay on the Klonopin, but speak to my MD about changing SSRIs to one that seems to be more helpful for panic than Pristiq.
And thank you, "Sharethel", for writing about CBT. Years ago, I read a bit about this, but maybe it's time to re-read the material. It's always helpful to have another "tool" to use against panic attacks besides medication. I have found prayer and meditation to be invaluable, also -
