Hot tea actualy helps me when im starting to have a panic attack sometimes.Dont know why,I dont even care that much for tea but it helps me to calm down.

Caffeine really effects me and makes my anxiety and panic problems worse but I cant help but eat chocolate sometimes. Chocolate effects me because of the caffeine contained in it. So I try to stay away from the stuff as much as possible. I really haven't been bad lately.

I drank coffee everyday religiously. My panic attacks and anxiety got out of control and I began taking meds. After the first week of meds and coffee I went to the emergency room thinking there was something wrong with me but I just had a major panic attack. I quit drinking coffee after it didn't mix with meds : /

I used to drink coffee everyday but now I think I might quit or possibly switch to tea. Sometimes when I drink coffee I feel like it might be the cause of my panic attack. It will make me feel dizzy, light headed, and give me shallow breathing. I really miss coffee though
