Usually I disagree with some of the things you say, but this is great advice. I have taken Clonazapam for almost 6 years and it has been a great mix with my other meds. I am not anxiety free, but it has been at a much more acceptable place since beginning a new medication regimen 6 years ago.
I've had panic/anxiety for 25 years. For the most part it has been under control with a combination of Zoloft and Xanax as needed. Something changed about a year ago and I had an increase of anxiety/panic. I was put on Clonazepan which worked, but I have been concerned about staying on it.
Note I have no concerns with benzos overall, just concerned about long-term use.
Also have your dosages had to increase over the years due to tolerance?

up to 2mg clon disolved under tongue may be needed for a severe panic attack, some facing a difficult day take up to 10 mg, which I dont recommend but they are all still alive and normal.....
