Back before I worked, they passed in like ten minutes, talking with someone would calm me down, or pacing back and forth would calm me down. Now that I have two jobs, I don't have time to talk or pace when having a panic attack.
Also, having two jobs has cut down my panic attacks a huge amount. Maybe it's because my mind is so occupied with work? I don't know.
But yeah, too scared to take antidepressants. And if I were to have the serious side effects for up to six weeks, again, I have two jobs, I already freak out enough, I don't need it to intensify and end up losing my jobs.
