But just remember that you will always be okay and that there is nothing to worry about! You won't die from a panic attack! Our bodies just go into alarm mode that sends us off feeling like we are going to lose it!
Give yourself some distractions! Read a good book, surf the net for things you enjoy, go shopping, go take a nice relaxing shower or a bath, or talk to a friend!
I promise you will be alright! Keep telling yourself positive thoughts and do some breathing exercises, because they surely help!
