We were all designed to have a purpose so we could have a plan for our lives and go on to have purpose.
Question the purpose of your life and engineer yourself out of any sense of isolation you believe you have in your life. You'll get the distraction that you need, but you'll also get the purpose you need in your life.
Deep bonding is what helps, oftentimes.
Often I feel alone too. I have a hard time going out often because of panic attacks. Well a lot of generalized anxiety. I actually have a job for a place I love to shop, people that are friendly, and I feel stupid because every shift mostly I lose my balance and fall down. I don't even feel it coming a lot but I have those symptoms now of panic every time i go in to the store, and I get dizzy spells sometimes. Anyway I dont want to start going on about myself. Just wanted to let you know you are not alone! I hope you can find some people in your life who you can express yourself too. Do you take walks? Sometimes that can be relaxing. Do you like to read good books, or put on a funny movie or show to get some laughter going? Don't feel bad or judge yourself for the way you feel! Many people have panic attacks. Maybe a compassionate counselor could help? I hope you start feeling better soon. You can email me if you want someone to listen or offer any advice and words of encouragement. Take care! Hugs
