I have had pancreatitis for eight years and four ERCP's. I also am the superintendent of three schools (stress ads to attachs). I went four years straight with an attack every three weeks (yes, every three weeks). However, I can eat all foods with the exception of bacon, sausage, and steak.. Bacon is the one thing that puts me into an attack the next day. I would stay clear of bacon, sausage, steaks, and alcohol. I eat all others foods. Ensure does wonders for me.
