Does anyone else experience Odd changes in Body Temperature while having a flare up? I literally feel as if my flesh is going to burn off. {And No...not it's not a menopausal hot flash. lol! =) } It comes on fast and then goes away after a few minutes.
Dunno...maybe i'm finally loosing my mind. :/

Sorry i haven't been around. It's been taking all of my energy to just get through the work day.

Yes, and I have been running a low grade temp (99.0-101.0) every day. But not all day....Weird.

Absolutely...I get them too...been getting them for about a year now - since my pancreas problems started. I thought it was hot flashes too,lol. Also my normal body temp. went from 98.6 to 96.8 which is weird, been that way for about 2 yrs. now.

Thanks so much everyone...it's nice to not feel so alone with these strange symptoms that don't seem to have any rhyme or reason for when they strike. At least I haven't lost my marbles...that's one comfort. lol.

@barbie222 - you mentioned that your body temp has dropped. Mine too. My daily body temp is now ONLY 95.4. I used to run the 98.6 like the rest of the normal world. When I actually hit 98 I'm literally running a fever. The doctors say, oh...you'r not over 98 so you don't have a fever. BS! is what I say. I'm the one who took my temperature every day, 3x per day for months to figure out why I was always so cold...even when it was a scorcing 100 degrees outside. Then finally my GYN doc said ... "Well everyone runs a different body temp...but if you're drops to 94 make sure you come into the doctors office since that would be too low." And that was it! I put a heating pad around my core several times a day just to kinda warm myself up. I guess my pancreas was maybe causing these changes over the years but i wasn't aware that it was my pancreas. Good luck to you on your body temp...and keep an eye on it.

Thanks again everyone. I appreciate the support. I'm sorry I haven't been around much to support you all. Work is so demanding these days with the economy in such a mess. We are all overextended here. Sometimes I find myself working from 6:30am to 9:30pm without breaks...then home to tend after my husband. It's becoming more and more difficult to keep up this pace...but if i don't do it there will be another someone out there who will. (I desperately need the insurance). I do pray for you all and think of you daily.
