I saw this movie too. It so altered my OWN mind about the unknown sometimes delusional life of a schizophreniac that I never thought the same about the disease again. This was the scene where they were trying to convince him that his delusional world did not exist:

The Russian Revolution appealed to me greatly and "Dr. Zhivago" dealt with a lot of that era, but there are so many categories I had trouble thinking of just one.
