for your help. Between this and the thyroid I am so confused, because I believe like before my doctor is only treating the symptoms and not looking at the whole picture. At least I know and so do they that it isn't in my head. When I got the blood clot at 16 I was a mystery to the doctors and I guess I still am.
is a lot on the internet and Amazon has lots of books or try the libaray.
There will be a lot of different treatments so try to find the ones that
you feel match your symtoms. And ask your Dr lots of questions, I
write down questions and then put down what he answers [in my own
shorthand]
And you can always go for a second opinion.
I know you are worried and confused. So try to find out everything you can. Knowledge is power.
Take deep breaths and try meditating for the stress.
I pray for good things to happen to you.

take the calcium from your blood and arteries and directs it into your
bones which is where we need it. Also Vit d3 should be taken with it.
You can get the D3 at any store.
I also take stonium citrate. I go next Wed for my 2 year Dexa. I hope
I have some improvement. I have osteopenia. But I am 75 now.
The B12 I was taking for about 5 years with the D3 and omega3 I just started the magnesium , calcium, D and K2
I take the topazol and atenolol and dexilant in the morning as well, dix is for GERD.
Should I continue taking the D3?
The doctor told me I was not a good candidate for and of the actinol or prolia as I have lost 40% bone in my jaw already. Can't rick loosing more.
But d3 is what your body produces when the skin is exposed to the sun so that seems to me to be the way your body likes to receive d, and on a sunny day in mid summer you can easily produce 10,000IU of vitamin d just from being at the beach for half an hour or so. There is no danger of over dosing when you get it from the sun since your body has natural feedback processes to prevent that when it comes from sun exposure. On the other hand there is d2 in mushrooms and there is more and more evidence being shown that the medicinal mushrooms like skitake and reishi are very beneficial for health whether that is due to the vitamin d in them or something else I really don't know.
If you are going to take the prescription vitamin d I guess that would be enough but if you want to stick with the d3 you could take more-I take 5000IU a day but if you are going to do that I would take 3000IU for a day or 2 see how you feel then go up from there as long as you feel OK. You need to get you blood d level checked though periodically if you are supplementing to be sure you don't overdose although that is not likely.
