In my experience, the unpleasant side-effects go away within 10-20 days..
*you could also ask your Doc if you could give him half dosage for a week, then build back up-just a thought*
Good luck! I know it is hard to see your kid looking "drugged". Perhaps feeling tired is better than feeling angry..

Hang in there, i really think those side effects will go away soon!
But like others say..give it time. Maybe a snack right after taking it. I remember when I first took Cymbalta, I felt nauseous but it goes away. The body has to process it and get used to it. If its still a problem, mention this to the doctor and see what he/she says. good luck.
