Which one worked best for you. I just cant seem to relax. I also just started 20mg of Celexa. I feel so jittery ....I wish this nightmare would just go away.

No matter what meds you are asking about, it is 100% personal,,,,,,what benzo (xanax, ativan, clonazepam, valium), SSRI, other anti-depressant or anti-psychotic you try, your experiences will differ from many others,,,,what works, what does not, what gives you side effects and what does not, will be a trial and error for you and all of us,,,,,just takes time,,,,,

I have found that Xanax works best for me with the generlized anxiety that accompanies OCD. But it is different for everyone. All you can do is try and see which one works best for you. Good luck!

for anxiety i take klonopin. ive taken the others in the past but klonopin stays in ur system the longest. about eight hours
