Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric disorder, more specifically, an anxiety disorder. OCD is manifested in a variety of forms, but is most commonly characterized by a subject's obsessive (repetitive, distressing, intrusive) thoughts and related compulsions (tasks or rituals) which attempt to neutralize the obsessions.
I too have two bosses that drive me crazy. I am trying to transfer out of the store because of it. I have one friend at work that I trust and have been able to get some of the stuff off my chest by talking with her.
I feel that alot of my problem is that I stood up t the bosses when they were treating me badly. Now, I'm suffering for telling them how I felt.
I'm trying to get as much fear out of my life as possible so that is why I decided to try transferring out. If I get the transfer I will be working with a boss that I had before and he is really wonderful.
I can't tell you what to do but I do know that talking about what's troubling me with someone who really understands does help. I wish you ther very best and hope it all works out for you.
