Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Support Group
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric disorder, more specifically, an anxiety disorder. OCD is manifested in a variety of forms, but is most commonly characterized by a subject's obsessive (repetitive, distressing, intrusive) thoughts and related compulsions (tasks or rituals) which attempt to neutralize the obsessions.
Go there, that's who we are
the beating of our thoughts
roaming too soon in the early morning
and dashing and dancing into dusk
are only given life out of intention
focus on the ways to keep you up-lifted,
alive, and loving ---that is us

and move on, acknowledging them but when those thoughts are gone, then who are we?
Uninterrupted synapse misfirings! No! We are living, worthy, and loving beings.
