Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Support Group
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric disorder, more specifically, an anxiety disorder. OCD is manifested in a variety of forms, but is most commonly characterized by a subject's obsessive (repetitive, distressing, intrusive) thoughts and related compulsions (tasks or rituals) which attempt to neutralize the obsessions.

I suffer with OCD, generalized anxiety disorder as well a clinical depression..... An awesome mixture. I have obsessions anc compulsions. But the latest one that has lasted about six months is that i thought i didnt love my husband anymore and i have been obsessing and obsessing over it and i just fuels my anxiety and depression. I cant seem to get rid of this one obsession because we have been together for 13 years and i never questioned it before ever. I feel like im going crazy, and i feel really guilty for feeling this way. I also posted this in the depression forum because im trying to get as much input as possible. Does anyone else suffer with these awful disorders and perhaps these obsessions with their relationship? I absolutely hate it and wish i could go back to the normal me not overthinking everythin. I am sort of amazed at myself though because i have made it this far without any benzos, but i am on prozac, and that is kinda weird because every time i up my dose i seem to get worse before i get better.
I do kind of know i love my husband because i just dig deep into my heart and i can still feel a flutter of love in there, but why cant i just feel it like i want to AND NOT QUESTION IT?????

Look up "relationship OCD." (ROCD is the common abbreviation.) The worry about no longer loving your partner is a common one. I had to deal with it once. It only lasted for a few days but it was horrible. It sounds like you're suffering a lot, and I am so sorry about that, but the good news is you're not a freak or the only one who has those thoughts. It's just part of OCD for some people.

look up relationship OCD. Its pretty common i get it about girls im dating and think do i actually like her am i attracted to her. Pretty basic questions in relationships but its like the ungoing doubt that seems to ruin the chemistry between you and the other person and kill the fun. All i can say is just run with the thought, dont think to much of it. Its a fear that you have thats magnified by OCD. Tell your husband about it and worked it out 2gether. OCD thoughts are far more powerful when you think they have to be kept a seceret. Hope this has helped, try not rationlise with it but just let it sit their until you get bored or reliese its aload of shite x

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
