Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Support Group
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric disorder, more specifically, an anxiety disorder. OCD is manifested in a variety of forms, but is most commonly characterized by a subject's obsessive (repetitive, distressing, intrusive) thoughts and related compulsions (tasks or rituals) which attempt to neutralize the obsessions.
I have read about your OCD symptom so many times on so many OCD support groups and in OCD books,,,,,,,,many OCDers have had or do have your obsession,,,,,I am sure that fear bothered me for a short time in my long battle with OCD,,,,,,your fear that you might be a pedophile or harm your son is 100% OCD,,,,,,
The best remedy for that is CBT,,,,,
Btw, what is "BBC"? The only BBC I know is the "British Broadcasting Company",,,,,,

The moderators helped me immensely. One moderator even called me on her own personal time when I was having a crisis.
