Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric disorder, more specifically, an anxiety disorder. OCD is manifested in a variety of forms, but is most commonly characterized by a subject's obsessive (repetitive, distressing, intrusive) thoughts and related compulsions (tasks or rituals) which attempt to neutralize the obsessions.

What can I do? I don't know really.
I can understand it to some degree, though. When I was little, if I told even a tiny lie, I would feel like I was going to explode. I once told my mom I brushed my teeth before I went to bed, and I didn't. She told me that I woke her up at 3am, because I couldn't sleep, because I really hadn't done it. Stuff like that.
