I believe when we face such an unknown threat and everyday changes each day it is very scary. We with OCD and GAD need much control over lives. It is important for us to have a plan and to know ahead of time what to plan. Having no control is disruptive in our life and that leads to second guessing, fear and worry.
I have learned if I can find any project that I have control over it helps me a bit. It could be organizing pots and pans or your entire kitchen or something as simple as dumping all the stray buttons into a shallow pan and separating the colors into muffin tins. I used to clean my closet. My husband always knew something was up when I did that.
I think we need a board for thoughts to be shared. Sometime when we talk it isn’t a lonely or scary.

are helping one another and all the dedicated healers and scientists who are working Medicine’s to help us.
I wish you both peace and love.
