Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Support Group
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric disorder, more specifically, an anxiety disorder. OCD is manifested in a variety of forms, but is most commonly characterized by a subject's obsessive (repetitive, distressing, intrusive) thoughts and related compulsions (tasks or rituals) which attempt to neutralize the obsessions.

These thoughts are obsessive, over and over, interferring with your life, sounds like OCD,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I do this too, but over different things. Talking about it has always reduced its prevalence for me, keep talking. What I always ask myself in these situations is: OK here is the sitation, what is the worst thing that can happen, visualize it and see that you can overcome.
Hang on, God Bless
