Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Support Group
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric disorder, more specifically, an anxiety disorder. OCD is manifested in a variety of forms, but is most commonly characterized by a subject's obsessive (repetitive, distressing, intrusive) thoughts and related compulsions (tasks or rituals) which attempt to neutralize the obsessions.
Wow, I feel like you just discribed my OCD symptoms.... Everything you mentioned above is excactly the way I feel.... I would say yes it sounds just like OCD, But Im not a Dr. You should get together with your parents and have them find you a Dr. that you can go and see. It was nice talking to you and thank you for sharing your story.
You need to challenge your negative thoughts and counter them with positive other thoughts.
Hope this helps...
