Does anyone elses anxiety and O.C.D cycle

I had a good 10 days without many hardly any at all intrusive thoughts about past intrusive thoughts about hurting other people mainly with my car. It was great not having any thoughts. I am starting to have a little anxiety and I can feel the intrusive thoughts knocking on my door. I am doing my CBT the best that I can. I feel like I am waiting for the other shoe to drop meaning my past intrusive thoughts. Does this happen to anyone else

yes, definitely. sometimes time of month- hormones...sometimes something triggers- sometimes I don't know what it is. It is frustrating but normal. I think the best thing to do is to let the wave pass...and don't beat yourself up over it.

I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
