Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric disorder, more specifically, an anxiety disorder. OCD is manifested in a variety of forms, but is most commonly characterized by a subject's obsessive (repetitive, distressing, intrusive) thoughts and related compulsions (tasks or rituals) which attempt to neutralize the obsessions.
YOu are such a repeat of me! I can tell you I have had the same exact thought many times not recently but in my earlier years with OCD! This is horrible I know! I have a terrible fear of the same thing and the real kicker here is that I have worried about it for 20years!! I can tell you you are suffering from severe anxiety !!and thats all..hang in there honey!! I am having a bad a bad week again too..so I know how your feeling! This is OCD in its worse form but, we are going to make it! let that anger you feel fuel your desire to just work around and drop all the OCD thoughts and garbage!! YOU ARE NOT SCHIZOPHRENIC!! YOU are just an expert at OCD!!!

I hate it so much it is so intrusive and awful I experience pretty much the same thing andI get triggers from tv and stuff if I even hear the word death or kill or any of those words my heart starts to pound and I start breathing rapidly I hate it and I get angry too I get to the point where I literally feel like I have been in a battle and I have been beaten but I get up and I keep fighting I will never give up and you wont either thank you so much for sharing it is sooo nice to know that I am ot alone Thank you too both of you:)
