Its not just you, I haven't had that particular fear but have struggled with the terrifying fear of loosing my mind. Its the OCD always checking and rechecking for something, anything that might possibly be wrong. To me it all boils down to control and the fear that I can't control whats happening in my own mind. But have heart, know that you're not alone.
