That's a good list, everyone of those items will help. Based on my own experience, I would put positive attitude as number 2, simply because when my attitude was fixed, the rest fell into place more easily.

Some of it I disagree with. Firstly, if you are an athiest, does that make you more prone to obesity? I would think not and not everyone believes in God. Secondly as far as unhealthy relationships go, sometimes those cannot be avoided. Especially when it comes to family.

I am sorry I wasn't trying to put you down by any means. I thought you were telling others this is what they should do... helpful hint for the future.. next time instead of putting "you" in the heading, put "I". Like "What I need to do to start my weight loss". I am glad its working for you but personally I have my own feelings about God.

Missy is right there are other religions that do not believe in god . some do and some do not. I all ready looked it up a year or two ago.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
