I LOVE MY WALKS THIS TIME OF THE YEAR. MY 2 YR OLD BLACK LAB AND I WALK EVERY DAY UP TO 2 MILES. SOMETIMES A LITTLE MORE. THE EXCERSISE FEELS GOOD. THE NEAT ANIMALS AND BIRDS I SEE ONLY ENHANCE THE WALK. I ENCOURAGE YOU TO FIND A FRIEND OR TAKE A DOG FOR A WALK. OFTEN. AFTER I LOSE A BIT MORE I AM GOING TO START RIDING BIKE AGAIN TOO. EATING RIGHT IS NO PROBLEM SINCE MY SURGERY BUT NOW I NEED TO GET THE EXCERSISE. I GENERALLY FEEL REALLY GOOD AFTER A 30 TO 45 MINUTE WALK. I FEEL GOOD ABOUT MYSELF TO. ENJOY THE BEAUTIFUL FALL WEATHER!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
