I just caught the tale end of this show on TLC and I was wondering if anyone else saw it?? Its about a young (virgin) male who lost **430lbs** NATURALLY through diet and exercise!! I only got to watch about 15 min of the hour long program, but that 15 mins alone was VERY inspiring... Just thought I'd put it out there... XOXOXO

I had read an online article about this man's story Sat. morning, planned to watch the show, but after a long weekend I actually forgot about it:( From what I read, this was truly a wonderful, inspirational story. I thought, if he can be brave enough to stick with this, lose so much weight and completely turn his life around, then certainly there's hope for me, even though I've steadily gained weight all my adult life.

I caught most of it. He had a personal trainer volunteer to help him the whole way. Wish we could all have one. It was very inspiring.

Anyone know what day and time it is supposed to be on? Thanks Denise

I saw the story and was truly amazed by such an amazing transformation, both physically and emotionally. He was on the verge of suicide and turned his life around. I hope his story inspires many who think that the journey is hopeless. Because it never is.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
