I was doing pretty well over the fall, I lost about 25lbs. But winter came, and my 2mi/day walks stopped, and now it's spring in Virginia and I am struggling to regain the progress I lost over the past few months (and the holidays).
I'm afraid to step on the scale, I am sure I have gained it all back. I know my clothes are tighter again, and I can't deny it when I (unintentionally) glance in the mirror.
So, here I am, trying to find some support and encouragement plus new ideas for making it.
I've started a blog (something recommended to online writers such as myself) and I'm getting reacquainted with places like FitDay.com and Cooking Light magazine.
Thanks for support!

I really struggled all winter too. Seems i've lost 40 pounds but gained 20 in fits and starts. Very frustrating. I was just getting back into big time exercising when I hurt my knee and now we're buried in snow. Eventually things have to turn around! Spring Renewal - let's be hopeful! Another 20 pounds off soon!

Congrats for losing the weight in the first place. That proves that you can do it. A similar thing happened to me except I'd only lost 15 lbs and I gained 8 in a week. But I'm starting again. Fingers crossed and goals in mind.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
